{"id":9351,"date":"1972-05-15T16:13:31","date_gmt":"1972-05-15T19:13:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cordisburgo.cam.mg.gov.br\/?p=9351"},"modified":"1972-05-15T16:13:31","modified_gmt":"1972-05-15T19:13:31","slug":"lei-municipal-no-546-1-972","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cordisburgo.mg.gov.br\/legislacao\/leis\/lei-municipal-no-546-1-972\/","title":{"rendered":"Lei Municipal n\u00ba 546\/1.972."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cordisburgo.cam.mg.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Lei-0546.doc\">Lei 0546<\/a><\/p>\n<h1>LEI N\u00ba. 546.<\/h1>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>AUTORIZA A PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE CORDISBURGO A GRATIFICAR UMA CANTINEIRA PARA FAZER MERENDA PARA OS ALUNOS DO MOBRAL NO GRUPO ESCOLAR \u201cMESTRE CANDINHO\u201d, DESTA CIDADE, DO CURSO NOTURNO.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Cordisburgo decreta e eu, Prefeito Municipal sanciona a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; Fica a Prefeitura Municipal de Cordisburgo autoriza a gratificar, mensalmente, uma cantineira para fazer a merenda para os alunos do Mobral no Grupo Escolar \u201cMestre Candinho\u201d, desta cidade, do Curso Noturno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211; Fica estipulada em CR$ 40,00 (quarenta cruzeiros) mensais a gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no artigo 1\u00ba desta Lei.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art. 3\u00ba &#8211; Para atender \u00e0 despesa decorrente da execu\u00e7\u00e3o desta Lei, fica a Prefeitura Municipal de Cordisburgo autorizada a utilizar-se da verba servi\u00e7o de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Sa\u00fade e Assist\u00eancia Social: 3.2.1.0.61 \u2013 subven\u00e7\u00f5es sociais: Para Mobral, do Or\u00e7amento Vigente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art. 3\u00ba &#8211; Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, entrando esta Lei em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prefeitura Municipal de Cordisburgo, 15 de maio de 1.972.<\/p>\n<p><u>Dimas Henrique de Freitas.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Prefeito Municipal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lei 0546 LEI N\u00ba. 546.
