CRIA OS CARGOS EM COMISS\u00c3O DE SECRET\u00c1RIO DO PREFEITO E SUPERVISOR GERAL DE OBRAS.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Cordisburgo, por seus representantes, decreta, e eu, Prefeito Municipal, em seu nome, sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Com recrutamento limitado e de livre escolha do chefe do Executivo, ficam criados, em comiss\u00e3o, os cargos de Secret\u00e1rio do Prefeito e Supervisor Geral de Obras.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba – Os vencimentos previstos para os cargos criados no artigo anterior, ser\u00e3o estipulados ap\u00f3s verifica\u00e7\u00e3o das disponibilidades financeiras da municipalidade, com regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o posterior.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba – Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, entrando esta Lei em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
