{"id":8549,"date":"1983-03-16T16:30:48","date_gmt":"1983-03-16T19:30:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cordisburgo.cam.mg.gov.br\/?p=8549"},"modified":"1983-03-16T16:30:48","modified_gmt":"1983-03-16T19:30:48","slug":"lei-municipal-no-748-1-983","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cordisburgo.mg.gov.br\/legislacao\/leis\/lei-municipal-no-748-1-983\/","title":{"rendered":"Lei Municipal n\u00ba 748\/1.983."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cordisburgo.cam.mg.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Lei-0748.doc\">Lei 0748<\/a><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">LEI N\u00ba. 748<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AUTORIZA O CHEFE DO EXECUTIVO A ALIENAR AS A\u00c7\u00d5ES DAS CENTRAIS ELETRICAS DE MINAS GERAIS, S\/A, PERTENCENTES \u00c0 PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE CORDISBURGO.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Cordisburgo, decreta, e eu, Prefeito Municipal, sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; Fica o chefe do Executivo autorizado a alienar em Bolsa de Valores 3.643.210(treis milh\u00f5es, seiscentos e quarenta e treis mil, duzentos e dez) a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias nominativas e 171.908(cento e setenta e um mil, novecentos e oito) a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais nominativas pertencentes \u00e0 Prefeitura Municipal de Cordisburgo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art.2\u00ba &#8211; O produto da venda das a\u00e7\u00f5es, referidas no artigo anterior, ser\u00e1 aplicado em pagamento de d\u00e9bitos diversos, inclusive, ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Art. 3\u00ba &#8211; Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prefeitura Municipal de Cordisburgo.
