LEI N\u00ba 1.283<\/span><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

CRIA O CONSELHO MUNICIPAL DE HABITA\u00c7\u00c3O.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O Povo do Munic\u00edpio de Cordisburgo, por seus representantes, decretou e eu, em seu nome, sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Fica criado, o Conselho Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o subordinado diretamente ao Prefeito Municipal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba – O Conselho Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o tem como objetivo cooperar na formula\u00e7\u00e3o e na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edtica habitacional do Munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba – O Conselho Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 composto por:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I \u2013 Prefeito Municipal;<\/p>\n

II \u2013 O Secret\u00e1rio Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Rural;<\/p>\n

III \u2013 O Secret\u00e1rio Municipal de Assist\u00eancia, Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Finan\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

IV \u2013 O Diretor de Atendimento da Zona Rural;<\/p>\n

V \u2013 Um representante da C\u00e2mara dos Vereadores;<\/p>\n

VI \u2013 Um representante da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial e Industrial de Cordisburgo;<\/p>\n

VII \u2013 02 representantes da sociedade civil, garantida a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de, pelo menos um representante de Associa\u00e7\u00f5es de Bairro, legalmente constitu\u00edda.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba – A compet\u00eancia e as normas de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o estabelecidas mediante decreto, pelo Prefeito Municipal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba – Esta Lei entra em vigor, na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
